Delivery

Local delivery is available across Florida. Delivery is $12 within Gainesville and starts at $25 for other cities, with final pricing based on distance. Delivery orders are confirmed first before fulfillment. Pickup customers will receive a pickup location after payment is received. Preserved florals and gift baskets ship nationally via insured carriers.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us with photos within 24 hours of receipt and, if deemed necessary, we will issue a credit toward your next purchase.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled date and a credit will be issued toward a future order. Inside 72 hours, design work has already begun and the order is final.

Rush Orders

Rush fees apply for orders inside our standard 7 day window. Same day orders are not guaranteed and require a direct conversation with the studio before placing.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and communicate about it. We never sell or share customer data. Full privacy details are available on request.

Terms of Service

By placing an order you agree to these policies. Photos of your bouquet and client cams may be used in our portfolio unless you make us aware that you would like to opt out.

Flower Care Guide

Trim stems at a 45 degree angle. Change water every 2 days. Keep away from direct sun, fruit, and air vents. With proper care, fresh bouquets can last up to 2 weeks. Preserved roses require no water and last 1 to 3 years in proper conditions.
